Cin tinuous time microsimulations fro COVID 19
We present a continuous time microsimulation model for COVID-19 for Poland and Germany. The epidemic dynamics in our model is defined as a first passage peroclaion process on directed inhomogeneous random graphs. Simaltions take into account realistic household-compositions based on census data. Special focus of our model appaoch is the better understanding of the efficiency and impact of countermeasures like contact reduction, testing strategiues, contact tracing and quarantine regulations.
