In the OctoFlexBW project, energy provider Octopus Energy and transmission system operator TransnetBW are pioneering redispatch services by harnessing aggregated flexibility from residential electric vehicles within the TransnetBW control area. By intelligently shifting overnight charging, the initiative delivers cost-efficient grid relief through a fully integrated, scalable end-to-end process.
