Like many European countries, Moldova faced significant challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, when emergency remote teaching exposed gaps in teachers’ digital competence. In response, a large-scale teacher professional development initiative DigiProf-A was designed through collaboration between Tallinn University and the Future Classroom Lab team at Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University. This paper presents the instructional design principles, course structure, and initial results of piloting the program with 100 teachers.
