Intangibles are considered an important source of productivity and growth, and might offer resilience and flexibility to businesses in crisis. The Horizon2020 Globalinto project (funded by the EU under grant agreement No 822259; https://www.globalinto.eu/) aims at reducing the data gap related to intangibles by conducting an international survey. The survey faces a big challenge of achieving response because of its voluntary nature and targeting top executives. The presentation will highlight general response patterns across seven countries and results of an experiment aimed at enhancing response by relying on social networks of top executives.
